  • What is your minimum order value?
    There is no minimum order value, we provide free shipping on 95% of our products.
  • What if the item I want is out of stock?
    If you urgently need an out-of-stock item, please contact our friendly customer support under Contact Us page. We'll do our best to restock the item as quickly as possible whilst giving you updates.
  • When will my order arrive?
    We are open Monday to Sunday 24/7 365 days a year! We will dispatch your order on the same day, accepted by Royal Mail on the same day or next. A tracking number will be provided so you can see the journey of our parcel.
  • Can I return items?
    Yes, you can return items within 14 days of receipt of your order provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.   • What should I do if my order arrives damaged or items are missing?
    If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order to let us know. To initiate an exchange, contact us and we will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
